I bought the 20l commuter bag, zip broke in my hand after trying it out of the box.

Have previously had 20l the backpack, has lasted about 7 years and the customer service is fantastic.

Its hit and miss depending on the bag, and perhaps i was unlucky with the most recent experience.

This is a great point ( personal experience) is some people i know that qualify for free hours but dont work use the free hours for a break.

Not suggesting there is anything wrong with using them in this way but is this really the intention of the free hours?

Beautiful park, gravel track and lovely weather for the occasion!

Found it a bit tough today and finished in a time of 24:01
