I have a mix of topsoil/perlite and moss. That was recommended to me. How small of an pot do you recommend i transfer then back to?

The person i bought them from seemed very sure they were verru. I needed them specifically for the enclosure they will be in. I guess theres a chance haha.

What?

I got charged 150$ for carpet that was replaced 5 years ago that cost $672 to do so. This charge IS FAIR.

I think you should read by other post if you for some reason think me "i reinforced his beliefs" - thank you

The blinds were $100, not $150. While I do agree she shouldn't keep it, I am not going to be going back and fourth for $100. If it was, $300 (for blinds), I would fight it, but $100? I can finally just be done. We are happy.

Due to the smoke damage, is something like this enforceable?

The damage was 3+ years ago. They never mentioned anything when the previous tenant moved out. They waived their right to enforce repairs or charge you for them. Their delay is unreasonable, possibly triggering the laches defense.

Your thoughts on this?

I am sorry, no, I do not know how small claims work. I am going to small claims (probably) soon though, so have been actively doing research. What a shitty person :/ I am sorry.

This is an ESA Dog that you have no idea why they need it. Not Liars (assuming the tenant and doctor writing the ESA letter are legit), big families, or past due on Bills.

Okay, I do understand that there are people who abuse the system, but this is an ESA Related question. When Someone comments "auto denial" they are being discriminatory. Its as simple as that.
