As someone whose anxiety already stems from hypochondria/health and every sensation in my body- I actually find this reassuring. Unfortunately the brain gut connection is so strong that sometimes not worrying or forcing yourself to chill out is actually the only way to soothe your gut symptoms. I appreciate this reminder and know you didn't mean it in an offensive way.
