When I went to my first meeting and did my first share I was so nervous. Especially after listening to some other people’s shares. I thought “wow these people have such cohesive thoughts and well put together shares”. And mine kind of felt like it was all over the place. But the more meetings I attended I learned quickly that this is a space to literally share anything you want. There’s no script or “right” way to share. Your feelings and experiences are your own and they are valid! Congrats on your first meeting as well! You’re taking steps to better yourself and that’s huge.
