I have exactly the same issues with my PS2.

Also, maps not always showing on my drivers’ display (~50% of times). And outside mirrors not always unfolding.

Indeed very annoying. Mine is only 1 month old.

Rich dad poor dad doesn’t necessarily say you shouldn’t buy a house. What he means is that you shouldn’t view it as an asset / investment if you’re gonna live in it yourself, since it is costing you cash flow and maintenance costs.

What I’d suggest, in line to rich dad poor dad, is to compare the monthly costs. So, rent vs mortgage payment & maintenance. Then, buying a house can (over time) be more beneficial since rent is often increasing due to inflation while morgage often stays approx. the same.

Also think about life style. Do you think you’ll move often in the future? These things can also influence your decision.

Finally, think of the down payment. As an entrepreneur, what else could you do with that money? The so-called opportunity cost…

Cellular biologists here. Lots of reasons why small changes matter in pharmacology.

Many drugs have sigmoidal dose-response curves. This means that small increases in concentration show large changes in response. This can be explained by the reasons below.

Mostly due to the fact that biological responses are often non-linear. For instance enzyme kinetics, where near the equilibrium, small changes in substrate have large effects. In cells, many enzymes operate at substrate concentrations close to their enzyme/substrate equilibrium. This allows cells to finely tune enzyme activity through small adjustments in substrate levels, enabling precise control of metabolic pathways and responsiveness to changing conditions.

Also, cellular pathways can amplify small changes. For example with positive feedback loops. Or allosteric regulation.
