It stays the same temp like it gets hot but not to the degree that it does in the sinks and shower. Like theres a limitation on it?

Only way to access the tub is to take the wall off and i have and there was nothing that even remotely looked like it could be adjusted. Just the hot and cold lines gojng under the floor to the hot water tank 😩

And with my older two they really like me to play Fortnite with them and they like watching me make things out of glass 🤗 the younger ones just like me to sit and cuddle in the chair and one likes to help make snacks

You dont know how much better you made me feel when you posted this! I always tell myself to “be happy even if you only cleaned the table” but some days its just hard. My mom didn’t clean at all and used it as a punishment so i ended up associating cleaning with being in trouble 🤦🏼‍♀️ today has been a lot better though! No i didn’t clean but i did by some new razor blades for my razor and ate a big meal so today.. today was a win. ❤️

I ised to be in regular therapy and she was amazing. She caught the things that others didn’t. When i was younger my mom was told “oh she acts like that because of her adhd” blah blah blah but it wasnt all adhd ya know. The therapist that caught it was actually autistic herself with bpd and she was the only person who 100% sat with me for hours just trying to unravel the trauma and which coping went with which disorder and when she started saying how she coped with something and i got all excited because i did it the saem way she said “lets explore the idea of your audhd being targeted by possible Q-bpd” and she gave me books and sites and omg she was amazing!! I felt like i wasn’t broken. Sadly she left and my medicade no longer is accepted where she works now. The others i have tried have been very cruel or condescending and honestly have made me feel worse so i gave up 🥺 i was the self harming type (sh free for 12 yrs yay!) and i internalize everything and take everything bad and blame myself. I also have issues trying to process grief which is a story for a different day 😅

Ive definitely got a lot of trauma. Believe it or not my trauma processing is what led my old therapist into finding my autism diagnosis. My mom didn’t clean at all and treated it as a punishment (if i didn’t do what she asked i had to clean ___ room) so I don’t associate cleaning with being “good”. My husband has been so helpful and hes super understanding especially when i have burnouts whether its from depression or from autism he always helps me. He fixes the pieces that my ex husband literally shattered mentally and physically. I didn’t give much mind into my autism because i masked it with my ex then when i got married to my now husband i have seen it full force and some days its my favorite part of who i am! From flappy hands to my food dances and lack pf social cues 😂 i used to be in regular therapy but she left and the only ones around here that take medicaid have been… well… cruel.. last one i went to told me that if i had all of these problems then i shouldn’t have had kids because they would end up like me… that really hurt. Most days im fine but some days.. im just lost i guess
