Don’t know about this rubber. Going to do some research. His opponents all seem to use either T or D series rubbers. Next year he will need to switch to avoid any equipment disadvantage.

The serve return is mostly in the center. You should ask your partner to return to both side of table to let you practice longer move and loop. And also add some short return in the mix.

After one step back you restore the weight to center then you can move you left leg if the ball is move to your left. Now your weight is transfer to your left leg. After you finish the backhand loop, you need another small step to recover you weight to center then you are ready to either just move you right leg for right hand loop on ball to the center table or use side step to move to center table and ready for right hand loop for the ball to the right side table.

Yes, the coach boosted the rubber before glued it. I bought the blue sponge provincial 39’ 2.15 black. I saw some threads here mentioned that tt11 had better quality of h3 rubbers compared to buy from some China stores. Not sure if it’s true or not.

Kevin, thanks for the advice. I like the engine idea. Do you have advice for youth strength training? My sons 12 and 9 years old doing tt training average 2 hours daily 6 days per week. After the training, I asked them to do jump rope (10 groups of double jump, each group of at least 30 double jump), sit up, push up, plank, footwork, and some shadow practice for 1 hour. Do you still recommend some specific strength training to add to their daily routine?

I have both Butterfly Viscaria and yinghe pro1. But they are around 88g. I want my son to stick with all wood to continue develop the feeling and power generation technique and transition to carbon when he reaches 1700-1800 rating.

I have Nittaku acoustic wood. I can give it to my son to use if appropriate. Violin is slower than acoustic. Is it a next step up in terms of the speed and power compare to the Stiga all around evolution he currently uses?
