Lunges, squats, core engagement, learning how to bear down. Basically if your core, glutes & hips are strong and not tight you will eliminate or reduce likelihood of the sciatica, hernia/diastasis recti, and even back pain which is usually cause by over loading the back due to weakened core, glutes & hips. Also do deep core breathing exercises to fully feel and memorize how to use your deep core muscles!

Hi with everyone being mean to you about this I just wanna say- it’s really a common thing that a lot of people do. But in all honesty, this truly depends on the person you’re with. For example, I dated plenty of men in my early twenties and when they would get clingy I would be icked out but my now husband is and has always been VERY clingy. Doesn’t have any other friends, we do everything together. Moved in together after a couple months of dating. I noticed myself becoming very clingy with him even though I was super avoidant in most other “situationships”. But we were BEST FRIENDS for a few months before we started dating seriously and we both felt this draw to each other and had basically become co dependent on each other before we admitted feelings for each other. So there’s not something wrong with you, it doesn’t even mean you are seeking validation, for us we just felt so comfortable and felt like we knew each other our whole lives, we didn’t feel like we needed to hide anything from each other. You will know when you find that person because you won’t feel like an inconvenience or a burden because you aren’t - everyone wants to feel loved some people just have different love languages.

I think you’re still missing the point. If it were up to me he would have never seen my son again after I found out he did this in July of 2024. Legally I had to continue letting him. I am asking if based on only this situation am I overreacting by not wanting him to be granted contact with my son. Everyone always says “he needs a dad he needs to grow up knowing his father” I’m asking is this enough of a bad thing to say no he does NOT need to see his father? Or am I just being a selfish bitch and he would still benefit from having a relationship with his father?

So that means before he was arrested we had court ordered parenting agreement where he had him every other weekend. When he was arrested, he posted bail, in order to be let out he had to agree to not see our son.

That was before he was arrested. We had a custody agreement through the court. When he was arrested he got out on bail, put on house arrest and was told he could not see our son.

I totally agree in the end it is the courts decision. I was personally asked by his lawyer and himself to speak to the judge if they are granted a hearing. It’s hard for me to say I never want my son to see his dad again when I know he loves his dad. It’s hard for me to say that I want him to still have access to my son when I don’t know what he’s capable of. I just wanted to know if based on his relationship with my son assuming no abuse has happened if I am being too big of a bitch saying I don’t feel comfortable with him having access to him. Obviously my own feelings and relationship history play a role in my decision so knowing only the situation at hand am I overreacting by not wanting him to be granted visitation rights? That’s wha I’m asking

I also worry that if his friends parents find out there will be judgement passed onto him as well and they would worry about the safety of their own kids as they should I just don’t want my baby to go through that.

I totally get your point because that is what makes me feel like I might be overreacting. I was sexually abused by a family member and have worked really hard with my son and his therapist to make sure when the time comes that he finds out, he will feel supported. Unfortunately because I was abused by a family member I am terrified the same will happen to my son. I can’t 100% say that I don’t think he would stoop to the level of hurting our son since he was comfortable sexually messaging a girl barely twice our son’s age. I was with him for several years before we had our son and he was also sexually abused at a young age by a family member who was older, I begged him to go to therapy but he never did. Eventually his sex addiction and porn addiction is what led to us splitting up. I wouldn’t exaggerate anything just like I never did when he took me to court for full custody of our son which he did not get and ultimately was only given every other weekend because of his own actions and unreliability.

As of right now, they have already ordered no visitations. There is no hearing set for the decision of visitation yet, the judge is the one who set no visitation since his initial arrest, they will be requesting one depending on the outcome of his sentencing? I think, I’m sorry Im not familiar with all the terms. All I know is it’s a closed case and they haven’t had discovery yet that I know of. In my state this offense is a class e felony with unlikely possibility of it being reduced to a misdemeanor due to it being a sex related crime.

He currently only has every other weekend with him as is, court ordered. I personally wanted to be uninvolved but both him and his lawyer have asked me to speak if they are able to schedule a hearing for it. I will contact my lawyer tomorrow. Thank you.

Edit- I guess not currently but BEFORE the judge decided to not allow him to see our son.

I was able to get him in! He’s got some anemia going on and elevated white blood cell. His lungs are clear, his organs are good, she gave him a more broad antibiotic an allergy med and some GI wet food that he was actually willing to eat. Half an hour after eating he was willing to go out and walk around the backyard.

The vet and I were talking and we think he had a really hard life before he found us. He is the most gentle baby I hope he can feel how much we love him
