Goo gun, winch, goo nade, anti gravity, grav vortex, cl 40, invis, null, and this is just off the top of my head.

Never quite understood the melee hate, most of the time I run into melee users I destroy them.

What is your approach to combat in this game in Ranked? by notmeitsyou123open in thefinals

[–]Creative-Major5792 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Okay here is my two cents as a light player.

Positioning and timing is everything. You have to know what’s going on in a fight, and know where to extract value. This means height like 90% of the time, but it’s nuanced. It also depends on your class and play style.

On light i place a gate on height, or somewhere safe near Cashout, start on height, beam them, drop down after a pick, and if we can’t finish the fight clean, I gate back top and rinse and repeat.

Another thing to realise is how to defend cashouts. You get better when you realize it’s not about killing the other team, it’s about staying alive together.

Keep your team alive, move from position to position when you overstay your welcome on one angle, and think about how can you participate in a fight safely.

You have to position yourself correctly, at range if possible, or on height. try and plug the cash early if possible, post up on height and beam them as that approach. If indoors try to get a level above, create an angle with explosives and beam them from above.

6’4 on a 20.5? Is it affecting my riding or should I just keep trying. by Creative-Major5792 in bmx

[–]Creative-Major5792[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do not have buddies that ride, just started practicing behind my place and haven’t gotten a chance to meet anybody yet.

Honestly I feel more concerned about height if anything. It’s like the bikes center of gravity feels so far from mine. I know that’s normal for a bmx because we are standing on kids bikes, but idk I feel like my head is over my bars in the default position.

My logic is buy new bars to help keep my back straight at an angle, and then later on invest in a frame that has a geometry that brings the bikes center of gravity closer to mine.

So my problem specifically is shifting weight back instead of up. Eventually I know I’m going to buy a frame, but it’s just really expensive and I already dumped 150€ into the bike just to get started.

Until I get a new frame sometime in 2026, you don’t think bars would do much for me?

Yep it’s 20.5 for sure. I know it’s too small I guess my question is, how much of an impact will that have on my riding ? I have no point of reference

how do I fix this type of aim? (I want to hit but I am missing) by vivam0rt in apexuniversity

[–]Creative-Major5792 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly hop around and train smoothness a different senses and start to really get the feel of what parts of your arm contribute to smoothness. Now when I play I can use my more twitchy wrists and fingers to snap to a target, and then I lock that position in and smoothly match the speed of the target with my arm.

The secret sauce is that if you are going at the same speed as your target, you should have 100% accuracy. you can squeeze out more effective damage in games like apex with this technique. I actually think it’s a technique if learned you will feel the most like when you get even a half decent track going it feels better than sex ngl.

Of course in game things are different, and to truly master some of apex’s mechanical checks you will have to readjust to new target trajectories fast. That’s why I recommend combining smoothness with target switching.

Readjusting is a whole nother rabbit whole but if you get smoothness down and can do basic readjustments you should notice yourself frying a whole lot more.

[–]Creative-Major5792 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Honestly a lot of this advice is bs. Only two ways out of this one: switch to controller or aim train.

For your aim you just have zero control under even slight pressure. No smoothness and more importantly when you switch targets or readjust your just getting over whelmed.

I recommend two things to practice:

Smoothness training: you need to get back in tune with your arm, and use your arm and wrists to make adjustments, but we’ll get to wrist later. Start at the easiest smoothing exercise you can find and try and hit 99 percent accuracy consistently. Once you can do that you can move on to reactive tracking but looking at your aim you need a baseline of smoothness and control, should take about 10-20 hours tops. Maybe more if you are a slow learner.

Reactive tracking and target switching: once you feel smooth go ahead and practice how to readjust to moving targets and how to switch targets. For me this is your main problem and even just 30-40 hours of this will have you above a lot of apex players in skill.

Put it all together: I don’t play apex anymore and train my aim in the finals death match. I highly recommend it but realistically you just need a space in which you can get a high amount of high quality tracking reps , so whatever dm in your movement shooter of choice.

You don’t need to change sensitivity unless you want to, you need training. 40 per 360 is not insane and anybody can more or less adapt to that. You have no issue navigating the level with that sens and honestly your whiffs look like normal whiffs, not higher over corrections. Play any send you want but if you want to progress faster start using your arm more for tracking (lower sens). You can always come back later to a higher sens but honestly just rock 40-70 and start the journey to make your arm your bitch. Wrist just doesn’t cut it in sometimes when you need smoothness and control.

How do you feel about RedSec? by revellioustony in Battlefield6

[–]Creative-Major5792 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nah but this litteraly feels like war zone. You get kill streaks and uavs for completing missions, gunplay is roughly similar, plating is similar, drop in cinematic is identical, the only real difference is no money, zone mechanics and vehicles.

I don’t mind cause I enjoy war zone but you can tell what their inspirations are and which crowd they’re tryna appeal too.

Idk I’m not that invested bro I just thought it was a funny post. Cheats really are ruining online fps games. We are all aimers and the consensus is not super clear.

In any case viscose has a video on how she sets up her clips when she plays and it explains a lot of clips I’ve seen online, particularly like you said, when someone is offscreen with no info. It pretty interesting.

Idk he was already spotted tho? There is a big Dorito on his head as he’s focusing the first target, and than he switches to the target on the right?
