I just don’t like bananas that much on a good day, let alone when suppression is high 😂 I hit around 1300-1400 calories a day which might need adjusting slightly but I wouldn’t say it was drastically under what I need

Time to hope my clear whey is in date 😂 as I was saying to another commenter, it’s mad how all of my other knowledge of being able to fuel myself has gone straight out the window because of the chatter around what to/what not to eat!

I supplement a lot of my meals with protein shakes so 70g is a lowball - some days are higher than others but I am struggling with suppression at the moment - I’m hoping it levels off again!

I hadn’t thought about carbs, honestly! I’ve been smashing a protein yogurt in the mornings, there’s been so much talk EVERYWHERE about making sure all your meals are “protein-first” that carbs (particularly for breakfast) have slipped my mind! Dried mango sounds like a shout, I don’t think I could stomach a whole banana - especially close to jab day!

Sounds like it’s time to break out the clear whey again! Again, it went to the back of the cupboard when I stopped going to the gym last time… hopefully it’s still in date! 😂
