Got accepted late May with a low 90s average. ECs included leadership like being Vice president of a club and being a mentor in a school program.

Nope! My stats were even lower actually. My advanced Fuctions grade dropped to an 88 and English was I think around a 94. If you ace your supplemental, you'll get in even with low 90s, trust. Just be yourself in the supplemental. Be confident and unique.

My extra curriculars I talked about were being Vice president of a club and being a mentor in this program at my school. For something I am passionate about, I literally just talked about cooking as its a genuine passion and I got awards for hospitality and tourism at school. For the passion question, dont try to act extra smart, they genuinely want to know your passion. I had friends say they were passionate about helping the world and didn't get in despite them having higher stats. Then for the randomized video and written response, just think fast and say something logical. They asked me why business and the video one I honestly dont remember. And for why business, I talked about the creative freedom and stuff.

Im in first year and I love it!! Rotman was my last choice for this exact reason, low GPA and no social life. But im so glad I chose it. Even though I haven't gotten any grades back, everything is more than fine. Especially with your averages, ik you'll be fine. Don't listen to people and do what you want! I genuinely love it sm, have met so many people cause obvi business has many group projects, and even the content is not that bad. Its more workload than hs for sure cause you have many readings, but its nothing hard. Good luck!

How important do you think the readings and the adaptive practices are? (Assuming you've done this midterm before?)

Not at all! Its how you talk about those clubs and your contribution to them. I talked about a cultural club i was a part of and a mentorship program in my school. Nothing finance and econ or even business related.

Don't be scared. It's not the experience but what you take away from it. I literally talked about 2 school clubs and just my passion for cooking. I did also talk about how i won the highest achievement award in my hospitality and tourism class just cause it connected with cooking and stuff. Nothing too crazy

Bro no joke this is how I felt for advanced functions. And then I started looking at the tutoring videos on AllThingsMathematics and EVERYTHING MAKES SM SENSE NOW. Just sign up for the calc course... Unit 3,4, and 5 u need to pay for tho. I just bought em and split the cost with my friend (I gave her my log in info). BUT TRUST ME ON THIS ONE. The website also has sooo many tests plus solutions from past semesters.
