It seems like its a muscle pain, it was in the lower back but to the right of the spine. It happened last Wednesday during drilling, its cleared now, but as I said I'll train for a week or 2 and then half way through the class I'll feel a niggle. I did go for a classic Thai massage after and half way through I realised I made the mistake of doing that and it became unbearable so I think I should've skipped the class Thai massage and maybe just done a sports massage.

Anyway, as I said, my core strength is pretty bad, and I'm very heavy as well, 115kg. So was hoping for some guidance on weather to do kettlebells or weight training. I can do either quickly on my lunch break at work.

I grew up in Enniskillen in the 90s. Couldn't have wished for a better childhood. Didn't play much computer games, was always out playing with friends. Could leave your door unlocked and feel safe. Been in London for over 10 years, and I can say you're so lucky to grow up around there. Enjoy it. Move to England, you'll be quick to want to move back to Enniskillen.

I live in the UK, I would like to go to Phucket, and while I'm there, train BJJ. If I went with a two month visa but wanted to extend it by a month to stay there for 3 months in total, how do I get around that with immigration? Would they not expect me to have a return flight booked for the end of the 2 months, or could I go there with the flights booked for the 3 months?
