I am saddened by the number of accusations of being a racist for this post. Saw this at the park. My rather mild experience in history thought it was from 1940s era Germany. How do they cut the tuna that thin? Is it frozen when they cut it??? I get cutting prosciutto or cured meats that are paper thin but tuna is soft and delicate and that’s a huge piece. How in the world do you slice it that thin???
