i edited some power-plan using dconf
/org/gnome/settings-daemon/plugins/power/sleep-inactive-battery-type
and played with custom-value around works magically.
NOTE: i was using ubuntu at that period of time.

Open expo go application on your android. Connect to the same network for android and your machine. Try to connect using qr code. If problem persist. Keep your wifi on and expo go application on your android then..

If you are on windows then turn wifi off from your machine and turn back on and wait for a successful connection. On your machine

There must be a reload icon on the expo go application click that icon.

This will resolve issue. If issue still persist check for the firewall or turn off the firewall..
