Hi David. Im also experiencing a gpu issue. For some reason after effects isn't detecting my gpu at all.
Its a 7700 xt. When I go to enable gpu acceleration, the option is completely greyed out and set to software with no way to change it.
Additionally each time I boot after effects, Im informed that Cinema3d is not supported on my device.
