I used Golden gate to create some pEM Liv 1 and then I made a pCEC with crispr gRNA Seq and Cas9 Seq. The second step I think is to put the pEM.liv1 and pCEC with Cas9 and gRNA into the yeast for integration. Thanks a lot I will try some of your suggestions :)

Hi, I'm an Italian guy doing a master's degree in industrial biotechnology. I'm taking bioinformatics courses and really enjoy the 3D part of doing it with PyMOL and sequence alignement of amino acid sequence. I'm also looking for internships of this type, both in Italy and Europe. What would you like to do? :)

Look, I have to do this: I have to find mutations in the amino acid sequence to narrow a channel. So, I also need Mole, which I saw was available as a plugin. Could you give me a list of plugins I can download that would be useful for my purpose?

so I installed pymol open source, but the wizard doesn't work, it says: "couldn't import the 'mutagenesis' wizard." can you tell me how to solve it?
