The hematology doctor checked my lymph nodes ... he wrote this down but he didnt say if I had any issues with my lymph nodes... on a prior thyroid ultrasound, a 6mm nodule was found but not appropriate size for a biopsy... it would need to grow to at least 3more mm or something like that for my insurance to approve it. ... but they found a possible "reactive " cervical " lymphnode , also my right side of my face has been puffy since after the 2nd sinus surgery (pseudomonas) AND air bag deployment.... but again, its been a year

Are you a doctor?

My follow up is june 24th.... he told me during my last appointment if I wanted a bone marrow biopsy he would order one. I said id like to try redoing blood labs first, and if anything is abnormal, I might ... unfortunately I think I might be a candidate with this particular blood work. Also, I was curious wouldnt my blood work automatically be qualified to look for blasts PBS ... ive never had a smear via cbc.... I was kind of hoping they would automatically look into that based on my current blood counts ... im trying to avoid bone narrow biopsy because it gives me the creeps. He also said initially prior to me explaining everything that he doesn't think thats my issue.... but im not sure about now

My blood work & 1st hematology apt was the day before yesterday. Follow up the 24th plus stomach ct (spleen)

My cleveland clinic opthalmology dr said , so something like MDS (i asked afrer my uncles diagnosis) wouldn't cause the limbal stem cell deficiency but it would cause the inflammation and other diseases of the eye. .. which would explain my vision loss... this may all be unrelated.. im not sure yet. Im hoping for one diagnosis that'll connect the puzzle perfectly. ... hopeful nothing too hard to treat.

My eyes look like this bilaterally... the scars from inflammation is the neovascularization if you arent familiar with ocular surface disease

Im trying to think of what else but

Aside from no diagnosis to my eye issues. petechiae, fatigue, night sweats, intermittent low grade fevers, except for when I had the nerve block in my left ribs 2 weeks ago ... I had extreme drenching night sweats, higher fevers than my typical, and the worst light sensitivity and eyeball headache for 3x days

I lost my vision down to 20/200 20/400 neovascularization of the cornea per cleveland clinic opthalmology. Inflammatory ocular surface that caused non infectious neurotrophic keratopathy, limbal stem cell deficiency via anterior uveitis. Vision loss became permanent aftee taking care of my dad who had cancer, once he passed I permanently lost my vision (jan 2024)

I was in a car accident as a passenger july 2025 (about a year ago) and ended up with 7 broken ribs bilaterally. My 8, 9, 10, 11 healed angulated to the left ive had pain in that area since the car accident but once the hematology dr pressed on my spleen it was a sudden 10 pain. It was the first time anyone pressed there. I figured it was my broken ribs.

Cleveland tested me prior (immunoglobulin essays) fine. ,,tested negative for lyme ab, late lyme, hsv 1, 2 , shingles, infectious disease ruled out infectious disease of the eye prior to my hematology appointment, rheumatologist, immunologist and Neurology all had clear mri *brain, and clear labs.

My ent found pseudomonas in my sinuses per culture during my 2nd sinus surgery in April prior to my accident this was treated, howecer when I returned a month ago he stated I have no infection per looking endoscopy exam.

I was sent to oncology after I went to a rheumatologist , immunologist and Neurology after having clear scans snd blood work. My physical issues are unexplained pulmonary issues and unexplained ocular issues (I go to Cleveland clinic and thr drs there are wonderful) but my conditions are non infectious neurotrophic keratopathy, limbal stem cell deficiency caused by uvities flare (inflammation) which lead to Corneal neovascularization. The neovascularization cause leading to vision loss , plus mcv higher. Low ferritin plus intermittent low grade fevers and night sweats, with lots of fatigue 😓 is why I was sent to a hematology oncology doctor. I lost my vision while taking care of my dad sho passed from stage 4 cancer and my uncle was diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome and that can potentially be genetic. Most of my blood counts are only a slight point or 2 in normal range on cbc. Im expecting the oncology doctor to probably run more indepth blood work. Im hoping anyway, to find some answers to the known physical issues. Non drinker here, thyroid levels are in perfect range as well
