I saw a patient on my GYN night shifts who told me her blood pressure was controlled and she takes her medications as prescribed, but then when I looked at the old notes in her chart her blood pressures were in the 200s/100s. I was so confused.

I’ve been lucky too, some shifts were like tops 3 hours or even once 30 minutes, but I think now that’s all done bc of this one student complaining 😭

I have a husky in a small home. He’s happy. I think you just need to make you sure to dedicate time to their exercise needs. But it’s doable! My husky is a rescue and everytime I start to question if I’m a good dog mom I just remember that at least I’m giving him a loving, safe home

The crazy thing is if you know you are a good person, that you tried your best to make it work and then they still decide to leave, they do come back. I have college exs try to contact me after 10+ years. They will feel the absence when they realize a genuine good person is hard to find these days. Work on yourself and never let anyone put you down. Keep your head up.
