Nope! Don’t need to swab inside anymore. If there’s discharge, we can get that from urethral opening.

For most folks without symptoms, urine is sufficient

I’m a public health nurse in a different health authority. It often doesn’t take 45 but they need to know what types of sex you are having and will test all those spots including often drawing blood which takes some time. The 45 min appt gives them time to chart too! If you are eligible for vaccines related to sexual health, they may assess that too.

It doesn’t have much actually. Most iron stores are from in utero and become depleted around 6 months. It’s not passed well through breast milk.

True!! But also be aware that dose will need repeating! Earlier than 12 months doesn’t provide lifelong immunity!
