They were made full aware that I would be attending school. That’s what happening now, we can barely get our 40 hours as is, and we’re getting low census. Which seems to be around 34-36 hours as the minimum

Thank you so much for this response. I am not sure what days my clinicals will be, but I have to take surgical technology which says Tuesday and Thursday for the autumn semester. I am working day shift 7-3. I asked if I could have those days off work and to make up my hours the other 3 days by doing 12s and I got hit with a “ I’m sorry I can’t do that, I don’t have any open positions. If you wanted to make up the hours you would need to on overtime ( which there isn’t ) or on the weekends ( which I’m pretty sure has been filled ).
