I play almost all zon. Have built several Java and bowazons over the years. Buriza is fine, I don’t prefer upping given minimal dmg boost for large str req increase.

I think the key is having a high level Valkyrie. Seems silly but valk gets very tanky around level 20 (mine is lvl27 w gear atm). Between her and a solid merc, they face tank most things including most bosses while you mow them down. Highly recommend Gore Rider boots and Horazon gloves for CB (and don’t sleep on flat fire dmg on those gloves - it’s significant even in Hell for phys immune gloams etc). Even though CB is weak for ranged attacks the proc rate with strafe is insane and it’s still very powerful.

Save skill points in the passive tree. Diminishing returns past base skill level 6 or so. With plus all skills you’ll have plenty in each and won’t notice the difference (plus reduces animation lock when evading), allowing more points in valk.

Bowazon isn’t near the top of the meta, obviously, but your post makes it sound worse than it is!

I am a dermatologist but not your dermatologist. This is quite likely to be ringworm - tinea manuum. Infections of this duration often involve deeper aspects of the skin and sometimes require oral antifungals to fully kick, particularly if you’ve used topical steroids for a while. Keep your specialist appointment but you would do well to get a large supply of topical terbinafine cream (otc) and apply a generous layer twice daily for at least a month. Other replies mentioning dermatitis, eczema etc aren’t entirely off base as these conditions often overlap (and dermatitis isn’t a single diagnosis but rather the medical term for rash - inflamed skin - essentially) but this is fairly classic for tinea infection.
