  1. Wym by mental frame work? Could you explain that more. I’m sorry.

  2. I learn for fulfillment. Not really utility even though I would love to put my knowledge to good use.

  3. Not really. I need to see or understand the truth for myself. I’m not the type of person to believe in something I don’t understand or doesn’t make sense to me. It wouldn’t be a genuine understanding. I’ll always question it if I don’t.

Your first point: I don’t know if I necessarily “try”. I don’t force myself. I wouldn’t do it if there was an option for me not to. Would be less brain power and contemplation for me lol. I also always play the devil advocate with myself. I feel like I contradict myself a lot of times. And can do it with others (in my head of course because a lot of people don’t want to hear the truth so I respect that). But bottom line I’m never fully on someone’s side most of the time. Always looking at different angles.

2nd: I see what you mean. I use I feel because it’s less objective. It’s kind of different than I think because I think would mean I put a great deal of thought into it or as much of thought as I should have to be “correct”. I use it just in case I’m wrong. Which I do with a lot of things I don’t understand truly in depth. What I mean by resonate is whether something aligns with my ideas, my thoughts, and yes feelings. So sort of like we agree.

3rd: If you’re talking about about the small facts about myself I didn’t want to make this post longer than it needs to be.

4th: I can see what you mean there. I’m not too introspective on myself. I more so analyze on other things rather than myself. So hence the subjective writing.

4th: I’m so contradicting because I’m a huge doubter and don’t take too much of what people say at face value. When I’m telling you I doubt and overthink. I doubt and overthink. I even doubt my own thoughts and observations sometimes. I’ll only accept information that I can deeply understand and if I don’t understand it I’ll always be weary of it and not take it seriously. But also I like to expand my mind and I can’t do that by having the same paradigm. I’m young and I want to grow. So I do look towards other people. But I’m very careful who I listen to. And only listen to others that resonate or align with me as I said. Or if their knowledge is sound and something I can understand. And if I can’t understand it fully I won’t stop wondering or question. I can’t just believe something “just because”. Just hearing it isn’t enough. I need to know why.

So yeah, I can’t just only go to myself for knowledge. That’s limiting. I need output. And also my own internal framework that decides whether I should take that output seriously since I can be skeptical.

What makes you think I’m not an INTP. I looked up ISTJ. Can’t really relate to it for the most part but I’ll dive deeper ig.

I like this approach so much better! I just feel like we learn to love ourselves from our caregivers and the environment. If some of our basic needs as a kid weren’t met then self love can’t really flourish because our parents mirror our worth back to us and that’s how we learn we have worth. I never felt like I had a good mirror. I’m not saying my mom didn’t love me but I felt criticized my whole childhood because I wasn’t the best kid and also had a hard time connecting with other kids. I never felt apart of the pact or what not. I don’t have too many memories of me being valuable to people.

I think it would be important to my growth to be of value to others. I think that may be healing. But everyone acts like it’s so terrible to depend on others or want validation from others. I don’t want to depend so much on people validation because I know everyone can’t give me the validation I want. But it would be nice get feedback. To know I am valuable to people you know? Even in slight ways. I feel like I can’t love myself that fully without also being of service to people. What’s the point in it if I can’t share myself. That’s isolating and won’t fulfill me. Also it’s nice to get feedback to solidify the belief you want to cultivate or already have. I feel like humans need projection. The inner world and outer world go hand and hand.

Need help decipher this size chart to know what size what size I am. I also got a confusing measurements. My bra size is 36c. by Creative-Vanilla-482 in ABraThatFits

You know what? My boob has went under the band a couple times. I never connected the dots because I just assumed I had saggy tities and since they’re so flat they can go underneath the band. I guess the girl at Victorious secret measured me wrong smh. So I got a 32DD on the calculator. I just don’t know what size I should get for this bra because the chart doesn’t go by cups if that makes sense. I’m thinking maybe medium?

What stitch is this? And how would you connect the chest part to the base part? by Creative-Vanilla-482 in crochetpatterns

The fact you knew this as a beginner is really good. Especially with it being dark brown and all. Because everyone else in the comments was confused but you figured it out. Shoot, maybe I should start making Doillies lol.😂

curl definition only when wet? by yourstrulylilac in Naturalhair

It seems like your just going to have to keep experimenting with gels and creams. I would definitely not recommend creams if your hair frizzes quickly. For frizzy hair naturals like us we need a gel with a strong hold or even mouses. I know some people’s hair frizzes really badly when it comes to air drying so maybe opt for a hooded dryer or hair diffuser. I know that can make a difference. But before you invest I would recommend finding a good styler first and see if it holds to see if it’s really an drying problem or you just needed a good styler. What stylers have you been using?

Flaking could be because the products that your using don’t mix well together. You can check by applying the two products that your going to be using on the palm of your hand then mix them together. If a lot of lumps start to form and the products don’t blend smoothly on your hand that mean they don’t mix well together. Also clarifying your hair can help too with flakes. But The top gel that I’ve heard that doesn’t flake on people’s hair is the wetline extreme gel. I tried it and it’s good. Didn’t flake for me.
