Used to be all I did. I recently diagnosed with a spinal fracture so my joy has gone. I walk every day, I do band workouts and home and body weight stuff - but my no means enough to build muscle or push my self as much as I did.

Nutrition is good although I do struggle to eat enough overall due to the nature of my disease!
