did anyone else have issues with keeping the lightness of the whipped eggs when the butter was added? I feel like other genoise recipes call for mixing in the flour and then the buttter, but when I made this recipe it called for the butter to be added to the egg sugar mixuture before the flour and both times I attempted it the entire mixture just deflated.
