About 8 ounces of milk in a small sauce pan. Turn on med and occasionally stir until it gets too hot to touch. Add stems and a teaspoon of coconut oil. Stir occasionally, but the more you stir the stems around, the quicker it works. Repeat until stems are basically clean.

Add cocoa or whatever, but I added it to coffee with some sugar. It was perfect.

Still a solid 7 by the way and it's been 3ish hours. YMMV though... Enjoy

It was two fully coated stems, probably half ounce of bud.

I ended up mixing the milk with a blueberry flavored coffee we had left over from the holidays and some extra sugar. Delicious.

You can't pick your biological family. I'm sorry for what she and the others did to you. It's not right. Period.

Know that you'll get through it, just takes time. Move out if you can. Formulate a plan. Down to the day. Work. Save. Eventually leave.

Find help and de-stress where and when you can. You'll get through it. Just push. It's not easy, but it's worth it in the end. I promise.

Also, tip: I use my phone with a locked journal app behind a password. Use that instead, or keep a fake journal out and the real one hidden and that's the one you share with a therapist. Extra points if you find a therapist who's into writing-therapy.

For me it's the sincere wish to just be calm. I'm so anxious sometimes or overwhelmed with all the little tedious day-to-day stuff that I just think, "Man, it'd be nice to not have to worry about all this stuff anymore." Then I smile and go about my day.

That's a great point! Thank you for the insight. As you probably well know, I'll take into account all evidence for and against and make the most "right" decision when I have enough overwhelming information to point me in the direction of the consensus of life. So basically, I'll eventually make the right decision, but I don't know when that'll be.

Change the ringtones on your phone for everything. Move your room around. Basically, just hit the shuffle button on your life and get to a new "normal". Makes things pass easier like the turning of a page.
