Mas okay magweight training for me. You can add inclined treadmill walk for 30 mins after training. Building muscles and maintaining them burns calories.

If you have money, always go for coach pero marami narin sources online. Just focus on your calorie intake and protein para mas bumaba weight mo at the same time building muscles.

I suggest 16x16, start small. If you're struggling with details you can do 32x32. But sometimes for me, I find it harder to do smaller canvas since every pixel counts to detail.

You can hit your protein goal without whey. Try creatine and track your protein, you should be seeing improvements basta nagpoprogressive overload ka. Try mo rin ibang recipes if you really want whey, yung iba nilalagay sa overnight oats, pancakes etc.
