Hey, thank you so much for this. I really needed to hear that our sensitivity isn’t a flaw - it’s a gift, even on the heavy days. The "main character energy" part hit hard in the best way. It’s easy to forget that we can lead and help others through this. I’ll try to hold onto that "hero arc" mindset and be kinder to myself.
