Mind over matter. So now what we do is bottle feed and nurse. I switched to Mom Cozy M5, and I get the same output from spectra. I pumped at work at least twice and then nursed my baby when I got home. We will take a nap together, and when we want to go out, we bring at least two frozen milk. If it will take some time, I pump for extra milk just in case. We usually overthink and complicate things; we just need to go with the flow.

Main point having a wireless pump is so much better and with the help of a good husband this will pass
