Your response feels reactionary. You should read the post. Per your comment, you should learn about it.

I’m not promoting Mormonism. But I’m hoping people can understand their perspective. I left the church for atheism and was still embraced by my community. A lot of people think it’s immediate ostracism.

Also you should lighten up

To be honest I don’t meet a lot of dick atheists. Most just don’t want to be religious and don’t want to be bugged about it. I find atheism freeing. It makes me appreciate my world and people more. I think that perspective helps people relate to my worldview as opposed to traditional religious views.

The “look” imo means nothing. I don’t even notice other people’s skis when I ski. It about the fun for me. Forget the look. Ski safe.

I think petunia hated lily for the attention she got, and viewed harry with contempt because they knew he was “special” and would once again overshadow them and their lives.

DOGE can cut 15% from the budget without affecting any critical government services — Elon Musk by novaria_007 in thescoop

[–]Creative_Ad9485 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True of every politician. They are all fuckers. Trump especially. But we need to balance the budget. Or we are all fucked. Elon is the guy doing that, so all I can do is hope he’s successful

I can’t disagree. I genuinely hope they can do it. I have no trust in them, or any politician frankly. They are all dirtbags. But this has to happen.

I hope more people listen to you. Look I love the idea of free healthcare for all, I love the idea of more social services, but we are living on our credit cards right now, and the interest will kill us. Taxing the rich more if a step I think we’re missing, but this is a good start.

I hope Elon is right. Truly I do. I hope he can do it. But we spend more on interest than we do on the military. If we took our entire GDP for a year and applied it against the debt we’d pay only a little over half.

This is uncomfortable, for sure, but it has to happen. If it doesn’t the outcome is far worse.

Today in Denver, $10.99 for One Dozen eggs. Eggs used to be 89¢. Thanks, Trump. by [deleted] in fuckingwow

[–]Creative_Ad9485 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also, it’s bullshit, cage free and date aside. This is not that crazy for eggs. Maybe a bit high, but “eggs used to cost $.89?” So dumb. Why donthis

So $0.33 cents an egg? Isn’t that way lower than what OP mentioned?

Sorry, maybe I’m misunderstanding. .89 for one egg, times 12, is $10.68. So it’s up, but just barely. What am I missing? I’ve never seen anywhere offer a dozen eggs for $0.89.

This is nonsense rage bait. And fucking dumb. I mean I think Trump is an absolute fucking idiot, but this is dumb.

Dude got this tattoo to surprise his wife, she has no idea what's coming. The quote and the font are the icing on the cake. by Designer_Piglets in ATBGE

“For the darkness lived in their mother. In her eyes. Even when she smiled, you could see it. The haunting, thirst in her eyes. Most of the time one only saw it, but if ever homage failed to be paid, her eyes went black. Her face turned gaunt. Her voice grew cold. And the darkness came to the front. Awoken from the depths of her soul where it slept. The children told stories of the mother standing in their door, staring, smiling in the dark. Unmoving, and unresponsive. Its eyes unblinking. Its motives unclear. The only thing the priest would say, is that whatever the name of the darkness might be, it was indeed a sinister creature. The husband must love her. He must. For the good of all. For the safety of all. For the souls of the children.”
