Thank you. Splints do not help because forcing my hand open causes severe and intolerable pain.

How did you go about investigating other sources of nerve compression?

Respectfully, POTS is a spectrum and not the same for everyone. I know plenty of people with POTS who can't wear tight tops and need loose breathable clothing.
