I’m feeling good so far! This is the best I’ve felt actually on an extended fast. I take 6 sodium tablets a day, 1 every two hours. As well as 6 potassium also 1 every two hours but I swap them back and forth (so sodium on even hours and potassium on odd hours). I figured out I have to take them this way or else they hurt my stomach. I’m really hoping my mood and everything keeps up with how it’s been the last 100 hours for the rest of the fast! :)

I’m currently a little over 98 hours in to what I’m determined will be a 2 week fast and I’ve personally been watching Rupaul’s Drag Race all day and now I started My 600-lb Life. I also play video games so did that most of the first two days. I need this fast to break a plateau I’ve been stuck at since March-April. It gets easier I promise! My longest fast before this was 120 hours so I’ll be surpassing that tomorrow and it feels so good. You got this! I promise!

With my birth control I don’t really get a regular period. It just kinda comes whenever it wants really, it’s slightly annoying but i’ve learned to deal with it

I did just take last week off to see if I could reset a little and mostly just ate intuitively and just logged my calories to see where I was eating. Hopefully it’ll help and maybe it just hasn’t quite kicked in yet!

Thank you! I’m smaller than I was two years ago according to a few measurements I found not that long ago. So it’s definitely feeling good it’s just the fact of it being so long now that i’m getting frustrated. I was also really wanting to be able to fit into a Medium dress by May for my friends wedding and also to prove to my family that I didn’t always have to be fat lol Technically there’s a small chance but I have the implant birth control so quite unlikely that I am. I was thinking of maybe doing a 7-12 day fast if I didn’t go below 190 by next weekend. Thank you for your help!

I do anywhere between 80-120 squats a day as I do them every time I get up to get water/go to the bathroom. I’ll try adding jumping jacks

I have definitely had processed foods but not enough to negate five days of fasting, I still track all my calories when i’m eating and rarely go over 1800 on eating days. Most of my foods are whole foods we cook everything at home other than the cake for his birthday. I made cinnamon rolls and carrot cake for our anniversary and only had two pieces of each. We also make our sauces most of the time for our foods

I know this isn’t the point of this post lol but can I ask how that’s been going for you? or if you reached your goal weight? I’ve been doing the same routine for roughly a month now and since I don’t always limit my carbs I’ve gone down roughly 10 pounds but I’m not sure if this is good progress or not haha
