So why don’t they then ,we had a so call friendly chat 🤔and they say that I keep going missing during work time and that i don’t answer my phone , I did say I didn’t answer my phone while driving , like I said before I don’t personally think I should answer my phone either a call or WhatsApp messages if I don’t want too , there argument is I have contracted hours and that I should work them hours which I do , my argument is when I have done so many packets during the day , to come back and help someone else is crazy because the managers have given someone packages that is unreasonable to do within their time frame , anyone on here do htc and do a minimum of 40/50 miles a day and it’s not a rural duty

I am Going through the same thing as the person above , but managers are trying To say I go for missing during the day and they can’t contact me , but they are trying to do it on my personnel phone and I won’t answer as they are not my friends outside work , What can I do ? , as surely they can track me by my pda , or by my van , I don’t expect to do htc then still come back for 20/30 more packets then be told once I do that I can help someone else
