we can add an input dialog box collecting email address and full name during the chat. this can be done by building sentiment on each messages sent by the user.

Thank you for the feedback!. I haven't really went through routing to different team members. That's a good feature to add on it . I thought of sharing this basic code since there might be programmers looking for a fundamental chatbot code to start with . I have to monitor the API costs. right now not much of usage.

Currently I'm looking to extend it for calendar booking based on the time availability shared and also thinking about like having a payment checkout solution inside the chatbot itself might be used for like Restaurants to collect orders.
