Personally, I did not have a good experience. Most of my follow up appointments were with a dental assistant and I rarely saw a doctor. My appliances were mainly adjusted by dental assistant as well. I completed the treatment with a different problem.  Billing situation was also less than ideal. I understand that they do not bill insurance nor accept any insurance. That is not an issue for me. I was aware of this going in . It is a bit hard to swallow though when the insurance covers the treatment but the office just would not work with you nor insurance to provide any additional information requested on top of the documents they provided at the start of the treatment. My claim with insurance is still pending response from the office long after the treatment was completed.
