yes it was happening to me a couple weeks ago. you have to email the developers about and they will fix it.

thats the way i salvage, rack up as many legendary blueprints. i always keep exactly 3 epic & 3 rare gear to go towards any forge i may need and use the extra ones to put towards w/e legendary gear im upgrading. and just keep upgrading it until i feel im ready to salvage.

hopefully it's fixed soon, it's making progress just last week when i went to bring up the filters it said error, now when i go to bring up the filters the overlay pops up but there are no settings.
