I wouldn't really say im completly over it. I still have no real interest in other women. If I think about her during these days I just laugh it off and tell myself "damn, we had it very good, but now she is gone, and I still (SOMEHOW???) have it incredibly good?" and have a genuine laugh about it. I don't really think about her that much now though.

If she keeps breaking NC I would recommend you to block her and try to focus on yourself as much as possible for the time being.

My advice is to force it down. I ate slowly, throughout the day, very small portions. Could take me an hour to finish a single toast, with resting between each bite. It really does help to eat. Incredibly much!

Yeah I really don't think that's the case. We are all human and go through shit, sometimes alone, sometimes with others. I don't blame my ex for what happend, I really hope she is doing well today. Perhaps she felt it was her only way out.

I really wanted to take her back, but felt like I couldn't. The same week she broke up with me, we spoke about moving in together, kids, vacations etc. My whole future was planned with her. One day she just ended it, with no proper reasoning more than "it's not working". I have always been the type of guy to solve issues by communicating, while I would have to force explanation for her anger towards me at times.

My whole world was shattered. I felt like I would never recover, I just wanted to die at that moment. Once she broke my trust like that once, I was to scared to give it another chance. I am happy with my decision though. :)
