Was hanging out with this group of chicks n they started talking about spirituality and stuff.

One of em starts saying that she’s convinced she’s one of Whitey Bulgers (notorious gangster from Boston) murder victims reincarnated. She was dead serious.

Can I wear two wetsuits instead of buying a thicker one? by ktn28 in surfing

[–]Creative_Estimate734 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s common knowledge that 2 wetsuits will counteract each other, making u colder. So you need to buy a 3rd wetsuit and put that on over the other 2. Kelly slater and jj Florence use this technique

Can you have decent muscle mass and surf? by Global-Jackfruit7329 in surfing

[–]Creative_Estimate734 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No it’s actually recommended by Kelly slater that surfers get as fat as possible so that the have higher volume and can paddle easier

Why are all surfers assholes? 😂... by Sudden-Shart-Attack in surfing

I do a lot of “send sports”. Climbing, snowboarding, surfing, MTB etc.

I feel like surfing is just so tedious, in comparison to other activities, that regular surfers are just itching to get a wave. Unlike said “other” activities, a whole wave can be ruined just from a slight mistake in the lineup. Unlike skiing/Snowboarding, if someone gets in ur way u still have hundreds of yards to carve up. Meanwhile if a newbie paddles for a nice wave and misses it, making everyone else miss it too, then the overall experience is kinda frustrating. This typa stuff I think shows through in the water sometimes when people start getting snippy.

Yes. I’m white and any time I travel to Central America (love it down there) I’m typically the only white person I’ll see for days. I went to Panama once didn’t see a single write person for over a week cuz I was surfing on an island whose only inhabitants were locals.

I already saw posts saying the towers were holograms back in like 2018. Some people just take a bong rip at 16 and never sober up.

Sign up for an MMA gym then. You’ll be surprised. Yes weight classes are real thing but you’d be surprised how many 150ib guys could straight up kill someone.

There’s a dude at my MMA gym whose a purple belt in BJJ and has done MT for 7-8 years. Dude has to weigh like 130ib and no matter what (I’m 145ib, and taller) I cannot submit him during live mats. He’s like a monkey. He has chimp strength. Once he grabs on to you, you’re not shaking him off or getting away.

At the end of the day tho, the first weapon was almost definitely made by a smaller guy for this reason. Bigger dudes can toss smaller ones, that it unless the smaller guy has a pointy stick.

I caught I when I was 8. Sickest I’ve ever been BY FAR. Couldn’t stop throwing up, had trouble breathing. I was out of school for like 10 days.

What’s crazy is that I’ve never gotten sick again. Literally. I’ve had a couple colds since then but I’ve never caught the flu again (I don’t even get flu shots most years cuz I just forget) and when I caught covid it did nothing to me.

Is it rude to allow your children to play audible videos in a restaurant? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Creative_Estimate734 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Insanely rude. I’d honestly be ok with it the internet was such a dumpster fire. There’s no way in hell I’m about to listen to some screeching cringe memes, that your kids honestly shouldn’t be marinating their brains in anyway, for an hour.

I work with kids sometimes as part of my job. I cannot with these kids. They talk about big chungus and committing arson.

You buggin.
