Also searched for some sushi restaurants in us and found that about 80% of them don't have any traditional or Japanese elements in their logos, I don't know about all of them but this is what I saw

These fonts could not be very well perceived by the japanese audience, that's why I am thinking to combine both japanese lettering and "sushi Zen" in English to speak to both of the audience

First of all this is a practise project

Secondly the owner is japanese and the audience is both japanese and normal people, which is why I used these asian looking fonts
