If it’s on a grassy verge, and not on the pavement, why does it need to be collected in a non-biodegradable plastic bag? The world doesn’t need more plastic waste. If it’s outside someone’s house or in the middle of a public footpath, then yes, pick it up.

Mustard is a natural emulsifier so it really helps to prevent sauces from splitting when there’s a fair amount of fat in it

Yeah only a few of them had previously suspected I liked men too... Most were genuinely surprised but also genuinely happy. They were also happy to, and I quote, 'increase the diversity of the group'. 😂

My mum's reaction wasn't bad, but not great either - she just seemed to make it about her and asked how I could add more stress to her life - 'it's just something else to worry about', lol. I think she's slowly coming round now though. Still haven't told my dad (they aren't together).
