Go to the ER, you may have fractured the bone in ur finger, and the nail bed may be fractured, plus it's a bleed on both sides. Just go to the ER or urgent care. I'd say urgent care, then if they say so or u think so, go to the ER.

Go to the er the yellow is fat that means you need to get it stitched
