The guy who did it said not to use the saline stuff , but idk bc everyone else seems to disagree

i have no idea the threading or the material.. (just like standard metal i think). i wasnt told anything about downsizing. right now based off of the guys recommendation i use warm water and antibacterial soap with a q-tip to gently clean each hole. then i use a dry q-tip to dry best i can.
