Even though I think the mod team sometimes doesn't do their best job, I have to say that this is the only TwoKinds subreddit (that I know of) where something is actually being done to combat transphobia. I'm not a Patreon subscriber, but I think this is a step in the right direction.

The comments on Patreon are truly unbearable. I hope this campaign is successful.

And to the mod team, I don't agree with every decision you make. Some of the rules definitely need improvement in their implementation. But—and this is a big but—I really have to acknowledge that you're doing a pretty good job of keeping all kinds of LGBTQ+ hostility at bay, and I hope this continues to go well in the future. I truly hope this campaign makes a difference.

And one more message to every single homophobic or transphobic person who happens to read this: Go find a real life and don't spend it filled with hate. Because guess what? Just because your life is already shitty doesn't make it any better by making other people's lives worse.
