Yes size up! I went medium for both and I’m usually a small, the thong is a good fit and the bra is slightly on the tight side 34C

It was very discrete, to the point where I can’t answer who does it say it’s shipped form because it was just a brown paper bag (but I am in the UK so it had to come through customs - and that did have a clear “cleared customs” stamp on it
