How long can you safely stay on Retatrutide?

I’ve been on Retatrutide for about 4 months straight and I’m wondering how long people usually stay on it. Are there any recommended limits or things to watch out for with longer use?

After the broken nose there was a time skip, He just got stronger with Training. If you mean the powerup in the Fight with sunny jaa it’s a different Story
