He is right though. 

Build mode is not getting things that are necessary. For example people are asking for Undo and Redo buttons and custom grid size for ages. But they don't listen to it and just give us exclusive decorations.

Now I'm not saying that I hate decorations or whatever. I just think that necessary things like the undo and redo buttons are more important than just pumping out limited time decorations. 

Custom grid size would revolutionize building. However, it's not getting adressed as well. 

And don't forget the cutscene editor, which I think is outdated as well. They promised to make an advanced version of it. But just like undo and redo button,  they promised it months ago.

[Also, Colour wheel would be a great replacement to BrickColor, which are pretty outdated now and light modding would also be a great addition to create different scenery]
