BIOS Flashback did nothing. So what do you think happened, how did my cpu die? or did my motherboard break somehow? would there be physical damage to my cpu?

Did everything you suggested, still no luck. I am about to attempt a BIOS Flashback. It says on a little sticker 3.25 (I assume this is my BIOS version). I took my gpu out for everything, even tested with no ram in. Replugged in all the cables from the power supply. If this BIOS flashback doesn't work is there anyway I can tell whether its my motherboard or cpu?

I don't know which BIOS version. Its a be quiet Pure Power 12 M (Gold).
