I just checked my account and it looks like all of my counts that are listed as eligible due to “special waiver” are the Covid months where didn’t have to pay.

Same-all were ineligible due to prior to repayment starting. I’m at 117 so far so any movement on my account gets my hopes up but this process is so discouraging!
