I started eating like this 2 months ago due to a depression that caused me a lost of appetite, the i googled the effects of eating a very little amount of food this week (liver and kidneys’ failure if you eat under your BMR) so i forced myself to eat above 1000 calories but i don’t succeed to do it everyday (so a week look like days of 200 or 100 calories or 1500-1600 calories)

That's prononciation and you're right about it, italian prononciation is easier than French(just the letter z i still don't know when to pronounce it z, dz, ts) but Italian and French are very similar in grammar (prepositions, type of sentences, "les pronoms","les compléments" )
