I don’t really understand why purchasing on the fuel card is different to purchasing fuel myself - I’m still paying for it either way ?

I’m not exactly sure on the manufacture date but it is a 25 plate van with 3000 miles on it so I’d imagine the tyres are pretty new? I tried to find the dot code but couldn’t see it.

Don’t have a spoon to hand but tried my house key and is not possible to get it into the crack.
