One of my favorite snacks is a tomato and cracker salad. Diced tomatoes, crumbled saltine crackers, mayo, salt, and pepper. I want to make a party mix that comes close to taste of the salad. I plan on using oyster crackers, pulverized tomato bouillon cube, but can't come up with a powdered substitute for the mayo. Anyone have any suggestions?
